That’s me. My name is Tim Bartholomew and I have been leading and teaching highly productive teams for over two decades. My first experience as a manager was as Associate Manager of a large local grocery store in Kansas when I was only 19 years old. My immediate supervisor was a great guy that was such a good manager that he could tell you that you were doing everything wrong and you’d thank him for the insight and work twice as hard going forward.
Over the next 20+ years I’ve managed dozens of diverse teams from construction projects to learning seminars to marketing. Every team is different since every person is different.
My objective with Simplified Management is to acknowledge these differences while highlighting the consistent factors that exemplify great management practices. I explain what I do and how I do it in real and practical terms so that you can immediately put what you learn into practice.
